POLICIES & PROCEDURES

• Appointments are required for in-office visits, telephone meetings, and consultations. Documents can now be placed in our new drop box; this is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. without an appointment; no cash should be placed in the drop box.

• Service fees must be paid in full before any service is rendered.

• Service fees are non-refundable.

• The services requested will be completed within 36 business hours after payment is confirmed and all required documents and information have been provided.

• For work permit grants and renewals, the application process must begin at least six weeks before the work permit expires.

• Work permit applications requested for submission on the expiration date or within 36 hours of the expiration date are submitted at the applicant’s own risk and will incur an express service fee.  PIVAC Agency Ltd does not encourage last-minute applications.

• Completed applications will not be given to the clients; however, upon client’s request, information can be provided verbally.

 ​Our service fee for work permit application includes the following:

• Communicating with clients regarding the work permit application.

• Gathering of information to complete the work permit application.

• Complete the application forms.

• Prepare cover letter.

• Contact clients to sign forms

• Ensure that clients sign the correct area of the forms.

• Ensuring that the documents, such as passport, photograph, medical declaration cover letter, police clearance, contracts and trade and business license etc., are valid.

• Collecting fees accordingly.

• Submission of application.

• Updating client on the application’s decision.

• Respond to deferrals if applicable.

• Send immigration decision to client.
